  • Sharing or distributing CSAM
  • Grooming or exploiting minors
  • Soliciting minors in any form

  • Reports are reviewed and appropriate action is taken (ban, investigation, escalation)
  • We act quickly on child safety-related reports
  • We comply with applicable child protection and reporting laws

Reporting, Blocking & Safety Review

Banshe provides tools that allow users to report accounts, conversations, or specific messages when they believe content may violate our rules, including harassment, threats, hate speech, spam, abusive behavior, or child safety standards.

  • Users can submit a report directly from the app.
  • Recent messages from the relevant conversation may be attached as evidence for review.
  • The reported user is not notified that a report has been submitted.
  • Users may also block another user to stop future interactions.
  • Blocking prevents new contact from that user inside the app experience, subject to technical enforcement rules.

Reports are reviewed by Banshe for moderation and safety purposes. Depending on the severity, repetition, and credibility of the reported behavior, Banshe may take action including content review, account restrictions, suspension, or permanent account removal.
