Delete Your Account
This page explains how to permanently delete your Banshe account and associated data.
How to delete your account
- Open the Banshe mobile application.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed automatically.
Data that will be deleted
When your account is deleted, the following information is permanently removed from our systems:
- Phone number
- Email address
- User profile and pseudonyms
- Conversation data and messages
- Notification tokens
- Subscription status
Data retention
Some technical logs may be temporarily retained for security and fraud prevention purposes.
These logs are automatically deleted within 30 days.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the application, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team.
